This page explains what data we collect when you write to us from muconstructora.com, what we use it for, and how to ask for access, correction or deletion.
Who is responsible
MU Construcciones is a Paraguayan architecture and construction firm. We work from Asunción and San Bernardino, with coverage across Paraguay. The site is muconstructora.com. If you have a question about this policy, write to hola@muconstructora.com or WhatsApp +595 985 857984.
What data we collect
When you use the Contact form or the WhatsApp button on the site, you leave details so we can reply. In both cases we ask for name, e-mail and WhatsApp. We also record the language of the page you were on and that page address, so we know where the enquiry came from.
On Contact you can add, if you want, the project type, a location and a message. Technically the site may store minimal sending data, such as an IP address, to reduce spam. If we turn on a Cloudflare Turnstile captcha at some point, that service checks that a person sent the form. Today the captcha may be off; if it is off, it is not loaded.
What we use it for
We use this data to reply by e-mail or WhatsApp, understand what kind of project or build you have in mind, and follow up commercially. After an enquiry we may send a short welcome and follow-up e-mail sequence. The team logs the enquiry in our internal CRM (the site admin panel) so the conversation is not lost.
Why this is legitimate
We process this data because you wrote to us. The interest is straightforward: answering a commercial enquiry you started. We do not sell lists, we do not hand your data to third-party advertisers, and we do not build an ad profile from what you leave on the site.
How e-mail is sent
Transactional e-mails (the team alert and the follow-up sequence) go out through SendGrid, which acts as a sending processor. The From address may be a technical sending address; we expect replies at hola@muconstructora.com. SendGrid does not own your enquiry: it uses the data to deliver the message.
Cookies
We store an essential cookie named mu_lang to remember the language you chose (Spanish, Portuguese or English), for up to one year. We do not use it for advertising. This site is not built to sell your data. If the captcha is on, Cloudflare may set cookies for that widget; if it is off, it is not loaded.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for a reasonable time so we can answer them, pick up a conversation later and keep an internal commercial record. We do not promise a forever archive. If you ask us to delete your record and there is no legal duty to keep it, we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to the data we hold from your enquiry, to correct it or to delete it. Write to hola@muconstructora.com with the e-mail or WhatsApp you used, so we can find the record. We will reply on the timeline of a practice that is also on site: this is not a call centre, but we do answer.
Children
This site is about architecture and construction for people considering a project. It is not directed at children. If a child wrote to us by mistake, tell us and we will delete that enquiry.
Changes to this policy
If the way we handle data changes, we update this page. The date is at the top. It is worth reading it again if you are about to leave new details.
