Before you join
When is my benefit released?
The MU+ benefit is born only when there is a signed contract and the first payment has been received by MU Construcciones.
Who can take part?
Two tracks: MU+ Recomienda (clients, former clients, friends and family) and MU+ Partners (architects, brokers, engineers, agencies and professional allies).
How do I register a referral?
Sign in to your MU+ dashboard and add the contact with name and email or phone. You can also share your MU+ code so the enquiry sits in your name.
Can I choose cash instead of a prize?
Yes. As an alternative you can receive the full tier value in cash, with no discount. Recurrence experiences (3rd, 5th and 10th client) cannot be swapped for cash.
How long does my referral last?
Each referral stays linked to you for 12 months from registration. If the client contracts within that period, the benefit may be released under the rules.
What if two people refer the same client?
MU evaluates dates, messages, commercial context and the real origin of the opportunity. The final decision belongs to MU Construcciones.
How does MU+ Partners work?
It is for people who bring projects for a living. Commission is released after a signed contract and first payment. Your category rises with valid accumulated volume and does not reset each year.

Fair play
The prize belongs to whoever truly brought the project.
- Each referral stays linked for 12 months from the day you register it.
- If the person was already in the MU database or talking to MU, validity is reviewed case by case.
- If more than one referrer claims the same client, MU looks at dates, messages and the real origin. The final decision belongs to MU Construcciones.
- Fraud, self-referral, simulation or bad faith can cancel the benefit and remove you from the programme.
- MU+ is permanent. There may be temporary campaigns. The catalogue may change according to availability.
