Weekly or fortnightly: progress summary, photos by stage, upcoming milestones and pending decisions. Without that rhythm, every silence is read badly. The report should arrive even when “there is no news”: sometimes the news is that the programme is being respected.

Material or layout changes should be written down. WhatsApp helps the conversation; the minute or the email confirms. If you are away, name who represents you at key visits. Distance is not an excuse to decide from memory.
Visits at the milestones that matter
Even if you do not live in Paraguay, plan presence (yours or someone you trust) at structure, services and pre-handover. The rest is covered with reports and cameras. The aim is not micromanagement: it is not finding out too late about what can no longer be undone.
